"So the property itself could be really nice if they gave you the room that you booked. Reserved and paid for a specific room, which they ended up giving me NOT that room that I paid for and then had the audacity to tell me that the "basic room" they gave me is the exact same as the "king room" that I paid for.....
Let's not mention the fact that when we got into this said basic room that they gave us, the floors were extremely dirty, there was hair dirt, food stains all over the floor. And then...
