"A very pleasant and clean hotel, it is beautifully maintained and the staff is friendly and go above and beyond to assist. If we come back to the area, this is the hotel we will want to stay in again. It is within a nice ten minute walk to a bustling market with great food and shopping, very close to several rail stations, it has a great location. Highly recommend."

The hotel was very far- it was 14 minutes taxi ride and had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get a taxi. We had a limited time to see the Plum festival. Most of the time was spent commuting. We wanted to walk and explore and was not able to do it"

"I was required to have my room "cleaned" after only being in the room for 3 days, in spite of my request to clean it myself. I had to sit in the cold for an hour and a half waiting. I am glad I was given a folding chair. This experience was very inconvenient. The company requires cancellation (where you loose your money) if you want to make any changes. It is ridiculous."
