"Breakfast is especially terrible and the staff are not friendly."

"The hotel was being renovated on the first floor. Very poor signage for where to enter hotel. Staff was confused with every question. The lady cooking couldn't speak english and the food was cold. Very little fruit and no pastry of any kind. Not what I would have expected for a Hyatt."

"The rooms were extremely clean nice and quiet I wish there were more restaurants close by if you don’t have a vehicle but that has nothing to do with the hotel. We didn’t get to use the pool there was some maintenance going on. But the Staff was very helpful and polite it was our first time staying there but we will definitely stay there again."

"There was an issue checking in . We reserved 2 rooms under 1 reservation . The staff said we only had 1 room. I showed her my Expedia hotel confirmation , and they wouldn’t help me and told me to take it up with Expedia . I then spent 45 minutes on the phone with Expedia working it out . It was not what I needed after driving for 12 hours. The hotel was beautiful though . "

"Hello! We just got back from staying at this hotel. It’s our 4th year, and this was probably our last. We have always had great things to say about this hotel, but didn’t experience the same this time. Our door would not latch unless we slammed it. There were a couple times we left and didn’t realize it wasn’t latched. It was extremely hard to open our door (room 303). 2 of our outlets wouldn’t work. "All of the hotel staff was friendly like family. It was also nicely located across the street and threw some trees to a Publix grocery store and a small mall with multiple restaurants work out facilities so it was very convenient. The suite was neat and clean and everything has advertised. I stayed for a full eight days and would certainly come back here again."
