"Its a casino, activities are not for all ages"

"The room was clean and well taken care of. The halls were very bright, signs were well placed. The only complaint we had was the internet is only logged in for two hours at a time. We’d have to login in over and over throughout our three night stay. We didn’t interact with staff only though check in and out. But they were friendly at that point."

"We enjoyed our long weekend stay in Suburban Studios. The rooms are spacious, the linens and towels are clean, the amenities are very useful.Thanks to the helpful female weekend staff who helped us with AC and internet issues. We appreciate your responsiveness. "

"Pet friendly, but rooms were dirty, bathroom was dirty and still had hair from previous tenants, tub wouldn't drain, beds had stuff in them. We were here for a couple weeks so we bought a Swiffer and our own sheets. Housekeeping didn't come in once in the two weeks we were there, not to empty trash or refill toilet paper. We rented the room, and that's the max of what you got."

"I think the property is being renovated, which would explain some of the mess on the floors and elevator. But room was super clean, staff was super friendly, location was perfect for getting anywhere around town. Parking was great. It was a short walk to food and convenience store though we did not try them. Disappointed that the fitness room was not accessible, probably due to renovations again."

"Nothing but the price"

"The room was partially remodeled Bathroom was old. Building is under construction and workers walking the hall outside the room. Did not like opening the door and seeing workers traipsing thru the hallways. The air conditioning was horrible!!!! Temp in room as low as could go and heat was coming out the vents!!! We had to go outside to cool down. We had No staff complaints. Breakfast was as expected."

"Overall, pretty average stay. The 4th and 3rd floors are renovated rooms, however, we travel with a pet so requested a 1st floor, non-renovated, room. It DEFINITELY needed renovation. However, the room was clean and fine. My main complaint is that the wheels were broken on both of the luggage carts which made a miserable move in and move out. Honestly, fix the luggage carts!"

"No breakfast or coffee no cups of coffee in the room, missing towels"

"We had a very complicated check in with 6 reservations spread out over 4 days and Clive streamlined the process making it seem less for our family. Thanks so much for making something complicated very easy for us."

"There was hair in the tub, on a folded towel, in the sink, shower walls. Room smelled like cigarettes. But they did give me one extra hour late check out. Would I stay there again. A BIG NO"

"Walked up to the room to check it out before I brought my stuff up and sure glad I did because I flipped the light on inside the door and it didn't work so I found another light turned it on and seen 2 cockroaches run across the stand and I turned around and walked right on out. Still waiting on my refund"

"I had to wait at least 10 minutes to get checked in and when I went to check out I waited so long for someone to come to the desk that I went back to the room. I had a hard time finding my room and the heat was so loud I could not sleep."

"Very disappointed with this hotel stay. For $325 per night the room was extremely dirty — there were stains on surfaces, dust everywhere, and even a dirty rag left by the door when we arrived. The TV also wasn’t working. I called the front desk and was told someone would come fix it, but no one ever showed up. Overall, the cleanliness and customer service were unacceptable. I would not stay here again."
