"The room was clean and as advertised. The hosts are great couple. Husband and wife who are around to help. Food options are limited as they order from restaurant close by. Drink prices are a bit higher than the ones seen in user photos but similar prices to all those around. Location is convenient. I feel I got what I expected but in the future will probably book something cheaper just down the way."

"It’s first time staying at Mango Bay, it’s beautiful, serene and quiet. It has a lots nature surrounding the areas, it’s a rare experience for sure. The food is amazing, very creative and tasty; it offers a few local dishes and new modern dishes. I would definitely come back again. September is a windy season so the waves are high and loud, I would come back in another month of year."

"A lovely small resort and room and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We stayed in the rainy season so nice to sit and watch the rain. Outside cooking area is handy and massage chair is and added bonus as is the pool and free use of washing machine or very reasonable laundry service"

"This place is off the beaten path so I appreciated the pool and being in the beach. We left for the day and never ate lunch or dinner but they would have prepared dinner for us had we wanted them too. Their breakfast every morning was amazing. They have an egg station a banh mi station. Noodle soup station chia seed pudding salads and so much more. Croissants and other breads. The staff was so nice we loved it here. I probably wouldn’t stay for more the 2 nights given how out of the way it is but it was a great place. We got a grab to the main beach by the resorts and enjoyed the day and came back and enjoyed the pool and the serenity of the place."

The resort is beautifully surrounded by lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying the pools, walking along the clean beach, or taking the fun buggy rides around the expansive property, every corner of the resort was a joy to explore. One of our favourite daily highlights was the complimentary chocolate hour, a delightful treat that we looked forward to every afternoon! The foam party was another memorable experience, bringing smiles to both adults and children and adding a fun touch to our holiday. Their hospitality truly made our stay extra special. Thank you, Mövenpick Resort Waverly Phu Quoc, for making our vacation so memorable!"

"Entering the resort feels like stepping back in time. The Lamark University theme is well executed and brings interesting views around every corner. The beach is very clean and soft sand and they offer kayaks and paddle boards for guest use free. With the calm water it is a must to go out on the water for a paddle. Even in the summer rainy season this resort experience head and shoulders above a typical hotel on the beach. If you come to Phu Quoc I highly recommend staying here."
