"We had to walk through narrow winding steps to the room. If you have a large suitcase, you may have hard time. I expected a local Japanese family to welcome us because I was going to aske some advice and suggestions but it was a Chinese famly. So I did not ask them. Another thing we were not happy about was this Chinese lady asked my husband passport. She made a copy of it. Not only that I had to write my information on the paper and signed it. Top Ono District Hotel Reviews

THE HOTEL SANRAKU KANAZAWA

10/10 Excellent

"we had a wonderful time at Hotel Sanraku Kanazawa. This was our best stay experience in Japan by far. The hotel is strategically located five minutes walk from the famous Omicho market and 10 minutes walk from Kanazawa castle park. What makes this hotel special is the kindness and professionalism of the staff. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed. we usually don’t eat at hotel restaurants, but the buffet dinner at this hotel is exceptional and a must try! We had the best Wagyu roast beef and curry in our lifetime here! Thank you for making our stay memorable 🙏"
