"We aren’t big eaters so found the Grand Buffet to be very expensive but then everything was expensive. We upgraded to Fallsview rooms next to each other. The view provided hours of fun for our grandchildren who took it upon themselves to monitor the Maid of the Mist boats. The indoor pool was not that big but only 3and1/2 feet deep which was perfect for the kids. We didn’t go to the rooftop pool. Arcades galore everywhere and no end of gift options."

"Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We left the room at 8am and returned to an unmade bed and dirty washroom at 8:30pm. We were told they were trying to be more green - what??? They were unapologetic and I had to ask for the room to be cleaned each morning after that. The air conditioning unit was very loud and banged each time it fired up- very disrupting when watching TV or sleeping."
