Arrivo in camera, premetto che pioveva e facevafreddo, trovo la camera ghiacciata, riscaldamento inesistente, chiedo al personale, mi dicono che provvederanno, ma nulla succede, alla seconda lamentela mi mandano una stufetta elettrica. This location was excellent with many tourist sites within a 5-10 minute walk (Grand Place, Royal Galleries, Mannekin Pis, Central Station, Royal Place). We went on a walking tour of central Brussels and realized they took us on a circular tour around this hotel!"

"Our family vacationed in Brussels and stayed at Pullman Brussels Centre Midi for three nights. The check-in process was easy, and our room was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the hotel’s location right next to the train station, which made it very convenient to travel to our daily destinations and attractions. There is also a food hall inside the station, making it easy to grab a quick meal or snack whenever needed. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay...

"El aire acondicionado tenía 3 días descompuesto estábamos a casi 30 grados dentro de la habitación y nunca lo arreglaron o avisaron antes de recibirnos. Y no resolvieron nada , el personal fue amable pero jamás pudo resolver , tuvimos que cambiar de hotel y hacer otro gasto ."

"Very well located. Not a lot of space in bedroom or bathroom but that's ok for a short stay. Breakfast was pretty good although I didn't try any of the hot dishes. The water cups are tiny which is the same in many hotels, so you have to keep refilling."
