"I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were subpar, and I encountered several issues. The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the room's refrigerator was not functioning properly, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I was also charged a $100 deposit beyond my initial reservation cost. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund for the inconvenience caused."

"We liked the fact it was available on a holiday weekend, staff let us check in earlier. It wasn’t the cleanest room. Old looking not updated. Our bathroom sink was left with hair and it was dirty . There was a dirty towel left on the floor. Pretty gross . The bathroom door looked like in the back that someone tried to break it down. It was cracked and it didn’t close right. "Advertisement was misleading. These are small cottages, which are not soundproof as advertised and the unit we were in did not have a view anything like what was pictured in the room that was selected. It also states a 24 hour front desk which was not the case. There were issues with things not working properly in the unit."

"The naswa is like a second home to me… I just wished the cottages got a makeover with some new beds and couches. For the hefty price tag and minimum stay requirements, it turns into the same cost of an all inclusive resort trip. It won’t stop me from coming back, but just a recommendation from myself and the 5 people I had stay with me. Thanks again for a good 4th!"

"This is an older property but it is well maintained. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were clean as were the surroundings. Fresh flower planters were hanging on the fence of the outside pool as well as maintained landscaping. It is easy to find and in a great location to many activities and restaurants."

"Check in/ check out we’re very easy. The room was extremely clean. It was pretty quiet there also. Breakfast had a decent selection, if things ran out, someone refilled it quickly. It’s close to the highway too. I’d definitely stay here again."

"Karen and Kevin are very welcoming from the moment you walk into the inn. Our room and bathroom were immaculate and beautifully decorated. We were served a delicious breakfast. Late in the afternoon we sat on the deck overlooking the nicely landscaped yard and pool. The location is close to several lakes, restaurants and the playhouse. We look forward to returning."

"As soon as we arrived, we were greeted and given a tour by Samantha. She made my daughter and I feel right at home! Breakfast in the morning was made to order and was delicious; I sat with other travelers while my daughter slept in. This is my favorite part of the Inn experience, meeting and talking to people. The views are wonderful here and we had a very comfortable night sleep. Street noise was elevated with Bike Week happening, but Samantha provided a sound machine for the room which helped...

"The pools were nice but everything needs to be updated. From the furniture/carpets to the bathrooms in the pool area. The bathrooms looked like they were flooded. I mentioned it to the staff and they said all the fans didn’t work that would help dry the floor. The rooms have a nice set up with the small kitchen area with a full size fridge and the bed was very comfortable. For the money I don’t know if I would go back."

"Amy & Nick were wonderful, warm and accommodating hosts! They have a wealth of knowledge in the area! The Inn is beautiful, historical and has so much character which I LOVE! I was attending a wedding at the Mill Falls Resort. A 7 minute walk to Church Landing where the wedding venue was. The town of Meredith is so quaint! Wonderful shops, library, cafes and restaurants.. Church Landing is beautiful on the Lake!! All within walking distance of the Inn. Breakfast in the morning was incredible!!!...

"I will never stay at the hotel ever again. The smell was horrible and made me sick to my stomach! Expedia should be ashamed of helping them book this is advertising under false pretense. Never go through Expedia ever again! "
