"Overall we had a nice stay, room Was clean , most of the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is excellent close to new and old town. I have stayed here in the past and didn’t appreciate that the pool and sun loungers were only open after may 15th unfortunately this wasn’t on the website so I assumed it would be available. We asked if we could have a lounger on the upstairs terrace we were told they were not available until 15th may . Drinks and food were still available on the upstairs terrace so the hotel were happy to have customers on the terrace but not happy to allow customers to have a sun lounger this was disappointing as one of the main reasons of choosing the hotel was for the roof terrace facilities. On the first day we mentioned to the reception staff that there was no aircon working in the room we were told it was not available until The 15 th may this was disappointing as the temperatures in the room were high it was 24 degrees outside and this would have made the room more comfortable. We also reported that the sink had a crack in it the bath plug was broken and damaged and the bedside lamps were broken but nothing was done to mend any of these things during our stay. The towel radiator in the bathroom was not working to dry towels when they were wet we were told this was not available until may 15 th although I didn’t understand why as it would have been more convenient to dry . We noticed aircon was working in the 7th floor bar and restaurant."

"We had front facing room on the 2nd floor & opted for a balcony which was really nice. The room was clean & comfortable. The decor was a little dated & i did think it needed fresh pillows but overall very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely with very good choices & quality of food. The hotel had a poster showing where the locally- sourced food came from. The staff were very helpful & friendly. Location excellent, just off the main square & very close to bus & tram stops. I would stay there again."

"Location accessible in all directions - minutes away from old & new towns & seafront promenade. Spacious well appointed clean & comfortable room with modern decor. Wide choice at breakfast buffet. Lovely L'Occitane toiletries with rain head shower. Helpful welcoming staff "

"The room was small, but nice. The view was amazing. It was really warm and there was not an option to have AC, so we slept with the doors open. They gave us a fan, but it made horrible noises, so we couldn't use it. The outside noise was very loud with trash pick up and construction. The staff was very nice! "

"If your staying make sure you either have a west or south view as the others are looking right into people across the streets property"

"The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly, and the lobby was neat and clean. The room was large, and I loved the balcony views. The only issue was that there were no phone ports close to the bed. Neither did the bathroom have any electrical outlets. Other than these, everything was perfect. "
