"We had a washer and dryer in the villa we stayed in which was behind the hotel in some condominiums as far as the hotel itself im not sure. There was pots and pan in the villa as well and a cooktop stove. "

Queen-Size Beds for two need to be in suites, plus improvement on bed comforters and better pillows (too weak pillows do not provide excellent sleep time) are suggested. "

"Rooms are clean, quiet and very comfortable. We only stopped in for a few hours rest before moving on, but reliable and clean and no issues with checking after 12 am. Breakfast was subpar, my only complaint. Everything was as expected from a express"

"The room was very clean and the whole property looked well maintained. The pool looked inviting, but the high was only around 74 degrees. Breakfast was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. Also a great loaction."

"I know everyone says you get what you pay for and they are partially correct. The staff was very helpful, it was super quiet and laid back, it's not over ran by sketchy people although from the road it might look that way. The property is severely outdated and in need of some major TLC but it was pleasant enough that we will stay again. Could definitely use some love, more comfy beds, and more pillows but we did enjoy our stay overall."

"Our Courtyard Hot Springs stay was nothing short of impeccable. The property was extremely clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The offerings at the bar also met our needs. When visiting Hot Springs in the future, we will definitely stay at this property again. "

"They are renovating so this isn't really fair to judge now. I think they need a few more months. The room was clean, the staff friendly, the decrease in stars was due to there being mold/black areas above the shower near the shower head. I have found over the years using Expedia means they put you in less favorable rooms because you're discounted in room charge. (And the pool was closed.) Great setting on the Lake! "

"Had an enjoyable time, room very nice and very spacious but had an odd layout and could have used another chair. Window curtains were very worn and could not be opened, needs new curtain rod & curtains. Will definitely stay here again "

"Overall the property was very clean and well maintained. Great location near shops and just a couple miles away from Downtown Hot Springs. As we have a service animal, they put us in a room that I guess is designated for pets. Unfortunately, it did not smell very good. Overall we had a positive stay."

"The rooms were clean and all of the staff were very friendly (especially Raven at the front desk). The room layout seemed odd with a refrigerator that blocked the light switch and a kitchenette with no table or chairs to eat at. The air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy and the TV channel selection was minimal."
