Well-designed new apartment in an excellent location - easy access to the beach and many restaurants! Initially we struggled a bit with the electronic key check in and app usage, but once figured out, everything went smoothly. Would definitely stay here again!

Very new apartment complex. Beautifully decorated buildings with great gym, pool and common area. Dog friendly. Dog park area was a small sandy fenced in area which was a little disappointing. Private Beach access was a short walk. Close to many restaurants and shops. Money well spent

This is a brand new apartment complex and is very nice. Everything as far as checkin and checkout was super easy. The place was big and very clean. I do believe they could do better with furnishing more items as far as beach towels, maybe a couple of beach chairs, just things needed when you’re staying for a beach trip. Also maybe more dishes, or coffee cups. There was one to go coffee cup. There were three of us staying there and it maybe could have used a few more towels in the bathrooms. Overall, a great stay and great location, just feel that it left out some necessities for a beach trip that should have been included.

I could not get into the property because Landing gave me the wrong entry information. When I called the helpline, they told me to submit a ticket on their app. not helpful. Finally, one of the residents let me in. I would never rent something with landing again. As to the apartment itself, I could not get cell service in the apartment. I could not sit on their little outdoor patio because there was a big piece of incredibly loud mechanical equipment, right there. And the music at the pool was too loud to sit and read. All in all a bad experience.

The check-in process and automatic locks at the property were very confusing. I could not get through to an actual person. Also, the access to the beach is not nearly as close as it looks on a map. Other than that, it’s a beautiful property, with nice accommodations.
