One night stay was lovely with a large room, pleasant staff and excellent meal in the restaurant. The breakfast was basic and self service with no staff on hand but adequate. Great location by the lake and canal.

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Baddeck. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Cabot Trail and the beautiful surroundings of Cape Breton. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Another big highlight is the excellent restaurant on site — delicious food and a very pleasant atmosphere. A great place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

Everything was good especially the indoor pool we spent long time tym over there and that was great. Breakfast was not available on the day we went. Overall the stay was great.
Thanks!

Don't be fooled by the building in the picture that's not the accommodation. This is a 1970s style motel. Having said that, the bed was comfortable and the water was hot. The room was made a little cramped by a enormous tv cabinet but we had a good stay.
