We were here last year and they were refurbishing the pool area so we didn’t get to use it. This year it’s complete and they did a fantastic job! There are tons of chairs and tables along with an outdoor bar and live entertainment. The food was good and very reasonably priced considering the location. There are even free charging stations throughout the pool area for your cell phone ! The beach is just steps away with palapas and chairs to use for free - although you need to get there by around 9:00 or so in order to get one.

The room was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful view of the pool and the ocean. The pool area was always clean. There were many activities going on. The location was very convenient and we loved Eduardo's and the Ice cream store on site.

I gave the maintenance of the property 4 stars only because the property is under construction otherwise I would have rated it 5+ stars. This was my 5th visit to LaCabana and it certainly won't be my last. Food and service at the The Island Grill was good. The newly renovated pool was amazingly beautiful and clean. Thank you to all the employees of LaCabana...a special thanks to Richard ( Security), Richard kept an eye out to be sure we remained and secure

Loved the entertainment just wish the bands would play more at night when there is nothing really to do. Bar tenders were all amazing! Loved the one(can’t remember her name). Really bubbly and friendly and loved to dance! She made our stay fabulous! Easy to get around resort & loved all the food options they offer. Great to have the kitchen in your room, so you can run to market and not eat out everyday. Would be nice to have more available cabanas as unless you were at the beach by 8am it was hard to find one. Overall stay was amazing & definitely will be returning in the future!

I LOVED this resort. It had everything you want for a great time. Private adult pool. Great food at restaurant on property! Excellent Chilean sea bass!!!! Fun place. Always something to do and nothing if you want! I’d go back to this place in a heartbeat but poor Aruba has gotten so commercial! I won’t be back!!!!

This was our first time going to this resort and it was fabulous. There was construction going on outside our room during the day, but we weren’t in there so that wasn’t a problem.. the pool was great all the activities were wonderful and that restaurant that’s on the property was very good! The rooms and property was well kept despite the ongoing remodeling and construction. Literally right across from the beach. Staff were friendly and ready to assist as needed; very engaging. Parking was my only issue as it is a small lot. Other than that; 10/10. Highly recommend.

Loved the property food and cleanliness the security staff was the best. Housekeepers are wonderful!! Two bizarre rules. No floats in the adult pool and they charge you 25 dollars if you lose or someone steals your towel.
