Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und unkompliziert bei Wünschen.

We provided our documents and received check in information via email and had absolutely no in person contact with anyone- tiny trash cans for a three night stay that were never emptied, my group did the dishes for all of the guests two of the three days because they were piled up in the sink and the coffee machine ran out of milk the second morning and was never refilled.
