"I had much higher expectations for this hotel. I had seen mixed reviews but decided to stay optimistic. The hotel itself seems quite modern and had nice decor but I was very disappointed with our room. The room was very humid, the carpet was wet and the room had a chemical cleaner smell. It was obvious that there had recently been a mess on the carpet and instead of closing the room and having it be properly cleaned they had put us in this room. "The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!"

"Assuring that housekeeping is cleaning the room accordingly and refilling dispensers & restocking toiletries.The breakfast area was dirty and there were fly’s everywhere disgusting. We leave and came back in the afternoon our room wasn’t even cleaned it looked at. We were downsized from a double queen to one bed due to housekeeping had left for the day unacceptable.Then the room that were downsize to didn’t have hot water. We were very unsatisfied with the Hyatt at the location.
