The building was unkept pictures on web site are nothing compared to actual. Zip ties for a door handle in the main lobby, rooms were musty, no lock for window on ground floor

bath tub was not bad and newer - wife wanted a bath- no plug so I went and asked for one and they said they don't have one- I believe staff family lived above our room- running around up there until about 1 am. breakfast was a waste of time. way to expensive for that stay-

The area around the hotel was quite dirty and didn’t feel well-maintained. The condition of the property made us uncomfortable enough that we decided to skip our stay entirely and drive the three hours back home instead.

It’s a basic hotel. You get what you pay for. It’s dated and the entrance is stale smelling. The room was dated but clean. The “breakfast” is toast and coffee, but the coffee is good. Just keep in mind that you won’t be full and will probably want more to eat. If you just need a quick snack before you go, you will be ok with it. The staff were wonderful.

Although the motel is quite dated it was clean and very convenient for the one night stay after our visit to a Casinorama concert. Microwave and fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and there was plenty of parking. Price was reasonable.

Great stay

The woman at the front desk who I think was the owner was very accommodating and showed us different rooms that would best suit my moms physical disabilities. She was awesome. Could ask her for anything and she always had a smile on her face and very pleasant. Bed was very comfortable.

Time in Orillia

We walked into this hotel not knowing anything about it and we’re very Satisfied. The people in charge for excellent they even gave us fruit on the way in. The stay was Excellent five star service

The room kinda smelt musky. The room cards are deactivated too easily. Good friendly service. Breakfast could have a waffle maker and bagels which could add more variety! And chocolate milk.
