"we had a great experience staying here! upon arrival, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful. our first room had a couple of issues with the tv and fridge, but the staff handled it right away and moved us to a new room where everything worked perfectly. really appreciated the quick response and friendly service. would definitely stay here again! "The hotel was super clean, friendly guy at front counter to check in. Room was clean and smelled nice, not like normal low priced hotels. Parking lot was not great, but they only have so much space so not a big deal as it wasn't busy. Hotel was quiet and area was quiet overnight. We only spent one night just barely long enough to sleep, but were impressed with the place. We would stay again.."

"I received the access and Wi-Fi codes ahead of check-in, which made arrival super easy. The room and bathroom were clean and smelled fresh, and it was nice and warm when we entered. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated that they had a full cable channel package — great for relaxing after a long day. "We loved the activities for the kids and also the amenities as well. It was a Thanksgiving weekend but we didn't feel that the place was fully booked. The place was quiet and relaxing and it made the kids feel comfortable as well. One added suggestion will be is to add more dining options for the breakfast buffet menu. but overall, I would say that the place is excellent for family trips. "
