"The Hyatt House Orlando airport hotel was an excellent stay. Very clean and well maintained hotel with a great location within walking distance of restaurants (across from the hotel). Breakfast was great with a variety of choices both hot and cold and lots of comfortable seating. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Probably one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at."

"It was ok, but the lobby was so strong of perfumes and cleaners that my mom who has COPD could nut even stand to be on there for even a minute. That was disappointing. And the food in the restaurant was terrible, at least for breakfast anyhow. But the staff was always very friendly. And the pool and lake were beautiful."

"Location is convenient. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast included was the same very day and was ok. The staff did not clean up tables often after people ate. We stayed 4 nights on the first time having our room cleaned (only completed 2 times) there were no bath towels left in the room. Seems low on staff. As the morning person helping with food was the same person in the late afternoon delivering the towels. The tub clogged. "

"The room and bed was a little older but comfortable. For some reason the did not replenish the Kleenexes so I had to go down to the front desk to find some. Breakfast is good and the gym was great. Hotel had some really nice areas for sitting and relaxing. Nicely located by Longhorn and a row of restaurants. "

"I’ve stayed in Florida many times, and unfortunately this was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve had. The property was extremely outdated, to the point that the elevator seemed unsafe—it stopped working multiple times, and we genuinely thought we might get stuck. The shower water never got hot, only lukewarm, which was very disappointing.
The complimentary continental breakfast was also terrible and not enjoyable at all. On top of that, the customer service at the front desk was very poor,...
