"We were returning from a cruise in Port Canaveral and were attending a concert that night. Super tired from getting up early and then driving. We wandered the mall (which is attached the hotel) and i was so tired, my wife suggested we ask if they could accommodate an early check in. Without even batting an eye the reception said of course! No extra fee, it was only 1030am! Room was big, very clean and comfortable. Got some great rest before the show!"

"Breakfast area was very clean. The options for breakfast did not change much each day. However, the food was hot and free. It met my needs before going to the parks. Our room was very clean. The bed was amazing! It felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. The hotel was within walking distance (about15 minutes) to the park with a connected walkway. However, I used the hotel shuttle. The shuttle required 24 hour reservation, but allowed you to schedule 30 minutes in advance the day of. There's a very small liitle section in the hotel lobby referred to as a "store" where you can purchase snacks, drinks, and microwaveable food. Outside of the hotel, there's a Walgreens and restaurants within walking distance."

"The woman who checked us in was extremely friendly and helpful. Smiling the entire time and went out of her way to make the check in fast and easy. The best hotel experience I have ever had."
