"Our apartment was perfect: very clean inside, two bathrooms, everything worked perfect, beds very comfortable, inside the ancient walls and easy to get to everything. The only minor issues were first entering the steps up were dirty and then the door lock was fussy. But then walking in was perfect and I have no problem giving 5 stars."

"The kitchen was full equipped, room was clean and ample, and property itself was charming and in right inside the Old City, easy access to all major tourist points. Well maintained property, would absolutely stay here again. The owner Jon was easy to work with and incredibly attentive and responsive. (Only thing to note for travelers is that since this unique property is within the Old City, several stairs are involved in order to access)."

"Perfect location in the Old City. The property management team was friendly, professional and communicative - and we particularly appreciated all of that with our very short-notice booking. There's a little noise in the street below that ends a little late and starts a little early but that can't really be helped and the supplied nightstand ear plugs were a nice offering as was the white noise of the air conditioner. "This is a true boutique hotel- no amenities no pool, no lobby even but the room is clean, charming looking and fairly spacious for Europe and the location is 100/100- close to all restaurants within the Old Wall- there are no elevators so you will have to carry luggage up the stairs to the hotel and then up stairs to your room."

Would have liked a heads up that the parking was tight, not allowing us to take our rental car freely with being block.in. The 295 stair walk up.and down from the property was doable, but daunting, for many. Unfortunately the lovely kitchen had no coffee or tea or filters despite having a coffee pot. "The property is very nice, with a lovely court yard and excellent location for Dubrovnik as long as you can manage 80 steep steps from Stradun. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A few negatives was the kitchen area was a bit dirty, with mugs left in the dish washer and floors could do with a clean. "Me and my girlfriend went there 2 nights, the place is amazing, an astonishing building resembling a royal palace, with an elegant garden. the room has a super view over the sea so romantic during sunset and susnshine.
