"My stay at the Cove is always pleasant, and I generally enjoy visiting the property. The only issue I experienced during this stay was that the pool maintenance closure was not disclosed on the Hotels.com website prior to booking my room. This was disappointing, as access to the pool was one of the amenities my family and I were looking forward to enjoying.
Additionally, the room we were assigned did not have any ocean view whatsoever. While I was disappointed by this, I understand that there were no other available rooms to which we could be relocated.
Overall, the staff was courteous, and the stay was enjoyable, but I believe guests should be informed in advance of any major amenity closures and room view limitations so they can make informed booking decisions."
