It’s about a 20-minute walk downhill to town (a beautiful walk with shops and views), and just 5 minutes back by taxi. One should consider booking various tours through the hotel. The operator is very reliable and the tour guides are, at a minimum, bi-lingual (Spanish and English). The hotel is in walking distance of two banks, numerous restaurants and an artisanal gifts centre."
