"Our experience was bad for the house keeping staff as they missed first day of cleaning. No cleaning at all. When asked to front desk why wasn’t cleaned after coming around 12 am at night…we’re told that some miscommunications! Next day wasn’t able to start early due to that and missed visiting one of the place as didn’t have many things even after mentioned previous night. "The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. We had an issue with the toilet in our room and it was fixed quickly. The hotel is comfortable, the location is great for sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is worth the extra cost! Loved the coffee machines! Only thing we did not like was the bathtub, was too close to the sink and very deep, making it difficult to get in and out. Would revisit this hotel again, if ever returning to the beautiful city of Barcelona!"
