"Great location easy to walk to everywhere in Montmare and metro stations. Clean and spacious (For Paris) rooms at a good price. AC during the heat wave was a life saver and the room was very comfortable. We were a bit nervous being on the first floor next to the elevator but the room was very quiet and we slept great. Staff were all very friendly."

Beds were great, sofa bed was actually comfortable - the mattress was great, water pressure was strong in the shower. kitchen was small but suited our simple travelling needs. "Lovely hotel ,staff were excellent ,free tea and coffee and fresh water in reception Has a lovely vibe about the place ,rooms were spacious and clean and well decorated nice bars surrounding hotel and patisserie , nearest metro is a stone’s throw (Blanche) corridors were a bit narrow and dark and staircase was a bit helter skelter but overall absolutely book again in a heartbeat"

"The staff is great. The room was the size expected in Paris but had absolutely everything needed. With the heat wave the air conditioning worked extremely well. Location is in a quiet street but absolutely close to everything. Super recommended."

"Air conditioning in the room blew out. Staff did nothing to fix it. They didn't even come look at it. According to another guest at the hotel their A/C went out also and was not fixed. We weren't offered any compensation for the room. It was about 90 degrees in the room. Also the rooms are TINY. No where to put your luggage. This hotel is not worth the price at all. It's the equivalent to staying in a hostel. Would not recommend to anyone."

"Very clean room and the staff were very helpful in booking our early nor taxi to the airport. Also in a quiet location but within walking distance to the Sacré-Cœur Basilica. Would certainly stay here again!"

"The property is located in a great part of Paris. Lots of restaurants, sidewalk cafes etc. The apartments are roomy, if a bit sparse. There was a heatwave in Paris when we stayed there (40 deg.) and this building has no air conditioning! There was AC in the breakfast room but it was locked up at 10 am. After 4 nights they relented and left the door open so guests could cool down before going to their own oven (I mean apts.) There was a rickety fan blowing on the bed. I had to ask for more...

"The room was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, the bathroom smelled like mold for some reason so much so that we had to keep it shut otherwise I would get nauseous, and although the windows were fully openable, it smelled like pigeon poop outside. I wish they had screens on the windows so you can keep them open on hot summer nights for airflow without fear or pigeons flying into your room at night. The shower was tiny too.
