We loved our stay here, the room was spacious, comfy bed, very good shower. Sufyan at the reception desk was so friendly and kind! The area was close by to the metro, the basilica, lots of places to eat.

It was a great location but the WiFi was awful and when you connected to it you had no connection to the internet. When I arrived there were smudge marks on my bed covers. But overall the staff was very accommodating.

Less impressive was the tiny lift (there was a queue at busy times), the insistence on having those timed light switches in the corridor (surely we've moved past that) and the room was a little tired and in need of an update

Booked this hotel because the location looked good (close to Sacre Coeur and restaurants, etc). However, the block this hotel is on is shady. Closed businesses, with lots of graffiti and shady characters hanging around in the evening. The hotel itself is very old, with dim lighting in the room, no a/c or fan (a portable fan was provided in the closet), limited electric outlets and no electronic lock on the door (a key was provided that we had to leave at reception when we were not in the room).
