"It was very clean and spacious. The bed is comfortable, bathroom is clean and included all needed basics (toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton buds), shampoo, soap. Towels are clean, white, and smell fresh. Ortigas is a very busy city, so it's not quiet, you can hear sounds of cars and horns, but tolerable. The breakfast had a good selection of food. Staff are very friendly and polite. Philippine hospitality is number 1!!!!!"

"Decent rooms. Staff didn’t seem to know how to handle short term guests. Credit card processor didn’t work. Had to find cash. Too far to walk anywhere so alway had to take Grab"

"My family had an amazing and enjoyable stayed at this hotel. The staffs were very professional, friendly and kind. The buffet price is reasonable as everything was excellent. It's likely that we may book our vacation again at this hotel in the near future."
