"We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. That alone made us very uncomfortable.
Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music...

"The breakfast was terrible. The room is tiny and people were bumping into each other. There was NO clean up and the food trays were empty at 7:30 a.m. When I asked for decaf coffee, I was told they can't justify having it because people don't BUY it. It was a very bad experience so we went outside the hotel to eat.
Also, the common areas of the hotel were very, very loud."

"Very nice quiet comfortable large room with a kitchenette, Large bathroom with handicap bar to assist in getting in and out. Coffee was served on a clean station mornings. The manager, maintanence fellow and both desk clerks I interacted with all showed professionalism, kindness, and hospitality the week I spent there. Will stay again."

"Needs a complete remodel. Front office is beautiful. Walk back to the building where the rooms are located, the building and at least our room needs heavy maintenance, painting, remodel. Was shocked especially for the price we paid. Donuts for breakfast gets old after one, plan on eating at the ihop across the street. Mary at the desk was the best during checking and following up with us. Front desk staff did not ask how our stay was, if everything was ok. A lot to work on."

"Heather at the front desk was very welcoming after we had traveled there she had an inviting smile and nice personality. Jackie who runs the kitchen is always helpful when in need of something and has a clean dining area and good choice of breakfast items. All staff was nice whenever you approached one. "Beach view was great, Deluxe room was not as advertised but we made it work. Bathroom had pedestal sink not vanity, microwave sat on tiny kitchen table leaving hardly any room to eat, no divider to separate bed from common area, no kitchen steak knives but they brought us one. They just reopened in Dec2025 so still working out some stuff that needs done. Staff was all very friendly & it was clean. Good enough for price."
