It is very convenient as I had business meetings in Kitahama, Moriguchi, and Hirakata, all on the Keihan Line. The hotel sits above Midosuji Kitahama sta. 5 min walk via either underground passage or on street level.

Toyoko Inn Osaka Namba
Rooms are very basic and a bit tight for twin beds. Missed having an electrical outlet in the bathroom, needed to use my waterpik. Liked having the buffet breakfast however could not eat it every morning as it was not totally my taste. Location was fantastic and close to subway.

Sotetsu Grand Fresa Osaka - Namba
Overall a great stay. Besides the lobby smelling like cigarettes I’m sure it could be a smoking optional hotel. The lobby is completely self check in and self checkout.
