"This is the place that prompted my first ever negative review. Nice hotel, but don't stay here if you need to sleep past 8am on the weekdays, or at all on the weekend. Hotel is undergoing remodel and the noise is unbearable. Debris in the hallways, paint supplies in the stairwells, workers throughout the hotel...many just standing around and staring at their phones, blocking the path. A very loud and extremely annoying scraping sound right above our heads at 8am was a very rude awakening. Checked in after traveling for a surgical procedure and spent the weekend hearing what sounded like a track meet on the floor above us and long waits on the elevator due to some sort of youth sports team. Was really looking forward to a peaceful couple of weekdays after that, but the construction completely killed it for us and we're moving to another hotel for the duration of my recovery. The weekend noise with kids is understandable, but not informing weekday guests about the construction is borderline unethical. At 49, maybe I'm just too old? I'd say to try this place again after the remodel, but it was such a bad experience for us that I believe I will omit this brand entirely from future hotel searches. "

"Only complaint is the jets on hot tub weren't working. Staff were very nice, room was clean and being next to elevator, it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend. "

"We had a pullout couch in our room, and there were no pillows for the pullout. We called down to the front desk, and they told me they would be up with pillows. After an hour, we called again, and they told us there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. When we unfolded the pullout their was a kit-kat wrapper in the bed."
