Scandic Holberg
This hotel has no AC, so you need to keep windows open when gets warmer. Tge problem is their is a lot of noise coming from the outside, trams, bars, bus stops.

This is a great Hotel! The staff was amazing and so attentive. We loved everyone from the gentlemen who met us and helped us with our luggage, to the reception staff, and everyone we met was so pleasant and really enjoyed being there. Great location within walking distance to museums and restaurants. Staff were professional and very accommodating. Breakfast was impeccable.

Thon Hotel Vika Atrium
Breakfast very good. Room good value for Oslo. Hotel building is still under construction/redevelopment and clad in scaffolding and plastic sheeting, meaning that there was no view from the bedroom.
