"I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past when going to Pismo. This is the first time I came back after it has been touched up. It is a nice and quiet place to stay, located near highway 1 but you could hardly hear the traffic. Location is a short drive to stores, beach, and pier."

"Ocean palms 🌴 is an excellent place to stay,,the manager was above and beyond our expectations,,this motel has been our go to place every time we visit Pismo beach,,the patio area is fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable,,also the downtown area and pier are a very short walk away,,thanks Ocean Palms especially the manager for making our stay a beautiful experience 😀 "

"We wished we had stayed for longer. The view from the rooms is exceptional. The room itself was huge compared to other hotels/inns we had stayed at during our holiday in California. It felt pretty much brand new and was equipped with everything you might need. The free parking was a huge plus and its walkable to Pismo Beach or you can utilise the free bicycle hire too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again when visiting in future."

"The person working the property was nice enough, but it was his 2nd day and he didn't know that service animals are not a pet. After some back and forth he finally called the owner who verified it is not a pet and then he didn't charge me for it. That's really the only issue I had besides I didn't get the first floor like requested. The room was spacious and eclectic, the shower awesome. Nice large balcony, I really enjoyed it. "
