"Es gab nur ein Standventilator bei über 30 Grad. Die in der Beschreibung stehende Klimaanlage gibt es nicht und auch kein Entgegenkommen vom Hotel als auf den Mangel hingewiesen wurde. Im Erdgeschoss ist eine Gaststätte mit Biergarten. Das bedeutet Lärm und Zigarettenrauch der ins Zimmer zieht. Später in der Nacht trifft sich die Dorfjugend zum Feiern auf dem Parkplatz und die ganze Nacht donnern die Lastwagen über die Hauptstraße, die direkt vor dem Hotel verläuft. "I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here! If you are interested in some of the attractions in Füssen, this hotel is the place for you. There is a bus service very close by to take you to Neuschwanstein, but driving is also accessible! Parking was easy, breakfast was yummy, food was in walkable distance. The rooms were very nice and clean."

"The truble with this hotels is that they hire people with horrible customer service. I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay.
