"Hieno sijainti kanavan varrella rauhallisella paikalla mutta lyhyen (5 min) kävelymatkan päässä mm. keskustorista. Hyvä aamiainen ja ammattitaitoinen henkilökunta. Tyylikäs vanha rakennus, jossa liikkuminen edellyttää kyllä terveitä jalkoja (paljon portaita), joten ihan jokaiselle se ei sovi."

"Excellent location steps from Market square and the Belfry. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with so many options and the family room was spacious and clean, perfect for our family of four. We loved our stay and our time in Brugge!"

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the history is really interesting. We had a beautiful wooden beams running through our room and the window over the canal. The breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The staff were really helpful. The location was great and just a 5-10 to the central Square."

"The hotel was very nice as a former castle, and the location for walking to sights was great. The staff was friendly. However while we were there in the morning housekeeping knocked and despite us asking who it was, entered our room while we were in bed at 8 am. The same thing happened an hour later. ..."
