"Our room was less than desirable. I booked this property 150 days out of our arrival for our trip home. When we arrived, they were at full capacity, not a problem, getting into my bed and finding crumbs in my sheets. I was not very happy, but I cannot complain because there was no other rooms to go to, so we cleaned out the sheets and made the best of the situation. "Loved every minute of our stay and would not hesitate to go back. Small, intimate resort most suitable for people wanting to relax in a quiet environment. Not a lot of amenities but the pool was great, the grounds well maintained, and the restaurant fantastic."

"We were wrongly booked by evening staff for a morning shuttle to the airport. Told the next shuttle could not accommodate us. Had to get a taxi for 30 euros to go a couple of km. Morning staff very unhelpful. Room was fine but halls elevator area dirty. Very disappointed ."

"I almost don’t want to write this review as I want to keep this place secret and keep it to ourselves! This place is just an absolute dream - an oasis of calm with the most wonderful staff, location, pool and grounds. We stayed as a family with two children and felt like we could explore central Rome and the sights then return to this lovely slice of Italy, as well as being just 15 mins from the beach too. The grounds are so incredible and given the place is so small, we rarely shared the pool...
