"Parking was good but some clients do not follow instructions to always park in allocated places which can create hassles with you having to park in somebody else's spot. The wardrobe should have some more partitions for easy storage."

"Carpet very dirty and found old socks left under the chair. Walls dirty and marked and the bedside table lamps were all stained. It was good having a washing machine and dryer and it was very handy to the bus to get into the city centre. Kitchen area was good."

"The location was great - 3-5min walk from the wharf - it wasn’t busy or noisy which was great . The furniture was tired, the carpet dirty - an attempt was made to mask the smell with deodorant spray and the bathroom was terrible- cracked sink with mould around the plug, all the silicon was mouldy, the bathroom door swollen from water damage and the towels were torn . Positively though the bed was comfortable. "

"The property is a bit dated and could do with better upkeep, but it is right in the heart of Queenstown, an excellent location. My room was spacious and had everything that I needed, the washer and dryer were much appreciated. "

"Check-in was a breeze. The receptionist was very friendly. Room was relatively clean upon entering, though it smelled a little of bacon grease, I had to air out the room, which was simple to do as there are windows that are easily accessible on the patio door. The washer/dryer inside the unit was very convenient as well the kitchen stove and microwave. I have asked for a ground floor room due to the fact I didnot want to have to carry my luggage up the stairway, I was given an accessible...
