"We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. First thing u need to know is the 3rd bedroom downstairs has a single bed. This threw things out for us as our youngest didn't want to sleep downstairs on her own, so our giant teenager had to have a single bed while the younger child had a double bed all to themselves. Knowing the layout would have changed my decision.
The downstairs of the villa was freezing, the air con wasn't working properly. How a property doesn't have proper heating in the NZ winter is...

"I booked this at the last minute and they couldn't have been more helpful. The house is beautfiul. Fitted with quality appliances and furniture. The beds were so comfortable. Highly recommend staying here when in Dunedin."
