"Very accommodating staff especially the shuttle driver and lobby staff. But the hotel is so stupid that they don’t accept cash. Making it hard for tourist who don’t have credit card. "

"We are at the Icon restaurant, and Dillilah was AWESOME. We also enjoyed a few games of pool-on a black pool table, which I think is cool on itself. The bartender knew exactly how we liked our drinks and he was nice also. Forgot the gal's name who checked us in, but she was quick to recommended what to eat, even though she's a vegetarian. Took her time to look up our Bonvy# so we could get free wifi. The staff is what makes the experience anywhere. Combine this staff with the GORGEOUS hotel, and it's close to my favorite of all time. I plan to tell everyone I know to book at Renaissance"
