"Stayed there for 3 nights and it was a great experience. Perfect location right downtown. Lots to do in walking distance. Clean rooms,nice accommodating staff and good breakfast. I will definitely stay there again. "

"Bed sheets are not soft very scratchy and itchy hotel is could hear kids in room above people in hallways loud paper thin walls "

"Pool and hot tub were under maintenance which was disappointing. Also our thermostat was broken and the room wouldn’t cool down with any regularity. The property was great and in great shape. Staff was great. You do have to pay for parking and breakfast though."

"The room had fingerprints on literally every mirror and window\glass. especially the bathroom. Internet was a hassle to connect and stay connected. wasnt able to order room service. had to go in person. But the food was great. people were great. overall average in my opinion. I expected more but it was a cheaper room."

"I’ve been to Koena before but staying at the hotel and having such easy access to the spa was excellent and I would stay there again for that reason. The room itself could be cozier, and the coffee maker in my room was not working which was annoying in the morning. Otherwise everything was great"
