"We only stayed for one night for my daughter’s soccer game. Room was clean and huge. Pillows were amazing, the best hotel pillow I’ve ever slept on! We were there for a short time, so we didn’t use any of the amenities, but I would definitely stay there again."

"L'hôtel était parfait pour notre famille. Nous étions dans une suite avec cuisine complète. L'espace est grand et bien aménagé. Le déjeûner compris est agréable et assez complet. L'hôtel est bien situé. Nous avons effectué tous nos trajets à pied. Il y a plusieurs places de stationnement et le personnel est gentil. Toutefois, l'hôtel étant près des activités de la ville, il faut savoir qu'on entend beaucoup de bruits la nuit (camion de pompier, klaxon de voiture, etc.). Le bâtiment étant assez vieux, l'isolation n'est pas parfaite alors prévoir des bouchons si vous avez le sommeil léger. Finalement, j'aurais aimé qu'il y ait du recyclage dans les chambres. Je retournerais à cet hôtel."

"After knowing it had been my birthday the day before checking in and we were in a short trip as a family to celebrate, the lady checking us in was so kind as to upgrade our two double beds room to a 2 bedroom suite. The underground parking at the hotel was a bit expensive though."

"The hotel is very well located in downtown Ottawa. The area is surrounded by restaurants, bars and a big mall. Rooms (including mattress and pillows are of very good quality. Staff are gentle and professional and always eager to help. The swimming pool is ok."

"Rooms were very clean and spacious. Cleaning lady on the 6th floor was super friendly and helpful. Pool was nice for the kids. Def will stay again. Downtown seems to have a homeless problem but location was very convenient. No one bothered us."
