Other people have reported this location as a student residence, and it is. The experience, with that in mind is fine. There are two rooms, each with a double bed so if you are looking for a place for two people or two couples, this works well.

Everything looks a little rundown. Peeling moulding, paint. Mattresses were lumpy and soft. There were stains on the chairs. The usual amenities that you might see in a hotel room were missing, such as coffee maker, mugs, cups for the coffee.

I give avarage mark for this stay because. I didn't expected that it is a Algonquin College Residence,... I got email with instruction where to go... But I thought that for my Google Novigation I need just a address - 1385 Woodroffe Ave, Nepean, ON K2G 1V8, Canada. Only after arriving I understand that the college have the same address and I call to reception to ask a direction to a right campus... I was told that I need campus R... For me and Google this was not easy because from manny letters on a map "R" separatly was not present. We went to campuse resistance on a map snd it was a correct dessision! Summarize... need to read directions and will be easy to find... because all buildings have the same address but as a college different location an at 11.45pm it is not realy easy to ask people. Regarding to live in college my family was OK.. because it is good experience. Rooms OK, I cant say that is good... but OK. AC very loud and it is central, we didn't figure out how to turn it of. I am lucky, we went to sleep and dreams was good feel like a student - why not? Maybe even better?)

Quiet student residence, the only downside is the sound proof is not so great, there are few kids shouting and I can hear clearly from my room
