"This hotel has a lot of growing pains to overcome before it meets the standard of service I've come to expect from most good hotels. In particular ,I made arrangements with the assistant manager a week in advance that I required a room on the first floor and assistance in getting into our room. "Excellent location for transport. 10 minute walk to railway station. Convenient for highway access. Amenities nothing nearby. Room was huge and comfortable. Parking was also included."

"Had a great overnight stay with my son. Room was huge, and the full kitchen was amazing to have. We were able to check in early and easily. Great location in walking distance to a bunch of different landmarks and so many restaurants. We spent most of our afternoon at the Museum of Nature. The included breakfast was great too, lots of variety, but also kind of busy. Great stay overall and I'd definitely recommend the Business Inn!"
