It was great to see the bar /restaurant buzzing with locals and others staying there. Staff were really helpful. Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay and located well for exploring. "

"Room was top of hotel overlooking a crumbling slated roof but it was the cheapest option and loud seagulls every morning sitting on the roof. The room was adaquate but bathroom only had tiled floor so shower went everywhere. Staff were good and polite and helpful, breakfast was fine and hot but also minimal varied selection. Parking was atrocious, with only 6 spaces ? at £10 per night because street parking was normally nose to tail, and full for 24 hours. Because I have a blue badge I parked on...

"Parking was easy in the square opposite. The room was lean and bed comfortable. Good shower. Could do with a bit of a refresh. Decor looked a bit tired particularly the bathroom flooring. Breakfast was a good choice and tasty. Friendly staff. Great value for money. Excellent location. Super quiet but walkable into the city. "
