"Agréable surprise, très bel hôtel décoré avec soin, intimiste. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipé, climatisée et bien insonorisée. Literie confortable et propre. Le personnel très aimable, fait des efforts pour comprendre et communiquer malgré mon mauvais anglais. Le concept de la petite épicerie est très apprécié, permet de prendre un petit déjeuner ou un en-cas rapide et à un prix très raisonnable. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir."

"We were in Rotterdam for the NorthSeaJazz festival weekend and had a really pleasant day at the Art Hotel. It is very convenient to the subway stop and there are restaurants within walking distance. It is just one stop from the Ahoy theater where the jazz festival took place. The hotel is located a quick train ride from the Rotterdam Central and we also took transportation from there to visit The Hague, which was a nice bonus trip. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption helfen beim Check-In, so dass es ganz einfach ist. Der sogenannte Hub ist klein, aber das Bett ist sehr breit. An die Beengtheit eines Hubs gewöhnt man sich schnell, zumal man auch in der geräumigen Hangout-Area wichtige Dinge erledigen oder den Tag Revue passieren lassen kann.
