I visited Haiti in 2003. It was then and still remains the poorest Country in the world. Over 50% of the population live on less than one dollar a day. The Presidential Palace was severely damaged by the earthquake in 2010.

Hand tools and plastic buckets......Clearing the rubble in Port-au-Prince after the 2010 earthquake.  This team was paid for and supported by one of the many NGO's.  A conscious decision was made to remove the rubble this way to provide more jobs, and strive to keep the streets open.  Picture 3 of 3.
