"Breakfast was more delicious than I expected. The service was excellent, the staff were kind, friendly, responsive, and very helpful. We did experience an issue with the shower in our room, but the team handled it thoughtfully and compensated us in a way that truly made us feel well taken care of. Although some of the facilities may feel a bit unconventional, this is completely understandable given the desert setting. Overall, the food was fresh and the service was consistently very good....

Staff very friendly and willing to help but we would have appreciated some details in the room about organisational issues eg that water would not be replaced in the room but was readily available at the bar. "We had a wonderful stay at Chez Momo II. The views from the hotel are breathtaking and there is able patio space to relax and take in the surroundings. Food at the hotel was phenomenal and very reasonably priced. Staff was very easy to work with and accommodating. I would highly recommend going for a guided hike to the “top of the world”. Ask for a guide by the name of Mohammed to show you around. Highly recommend this area of Morocco and this hotel specifically. "
