"Our stay was pretty adverage. Was a little disappointed once we got into the room and the microwave was not cleaned. Had food all over the door and inside. Not a lot, but not a little either. For some reason the dishes in the dishwasher never dried. They were wet upond arrival. I prompt open the washer thinking the dishes would air dry. We were there for 2 days and they never dried. Weird. Didn't use any of dishes provided.
The tub/shower was extremly high. It came with a handbar to get in and out of the tub. I am 5'3 and the sides of the tub came to my knees.
Windows needed to be cleaned on the outside - BADLY. 2nd floor room. We could see handprints and left over chaulking on the windows. Loved the view, but really needed to be cleaned.
Did not receive maid service while being a guest. If it was not offered during the weekend, wish we were told. It's the one thing I enjoyed while staying at a hotel.
I wish breakfast had more options (that is me), but it was the usual breakfast.
However, the rest of the room was clean and the space was very welcomed. Dual A/C units was a blessing. Very Large bathroom. Great TV. I would probably stay here again. The staff was most welcoming. Yes, I reported all that can be changed to the front desk staff."
