"The major pros : location - steps from Allentown gay village . Free outdoor parking . Charming hotel reminds me of being in an old fashioned movie. If you want modern etc don’t book here but if you’re after charm go for it. This hotel is kind of like an old apartment building but it’s a place to sleep and recoup."

"This historic property is filled with art deco touches. The bed was comfortable, shower pressure good, soft towels. We were disappointed that there is no on site food option, particularly for breakfast."

"We had a wonderful stay! The facility is absolutely beautiful, and we especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot springs. We also appreciated the excellent customer service. When we discovered that the bidet in our room wasn't working, the staff moved us to another room the next day and even upgraded us and gave us drink vouchers, which was a very thoughtful gesture. "We were very surprised at the poor quality of The Country Inn by Radisson. We normally stay at Hampton Inns and expected the Radisson to be similar. It was not. NO in-room charging outlets, the pillows were as flat as pancakes and the pillow covers looked like they had been rolled into a ball before dressing the pillows. No mirror over the desk/table for doing hair and makup, and the overall cleanliness was very poor. We won’t return to this hotel."

"No staff on property, but check in and check out was flawless. There are limited parking spots available on site. Cab or ride share is about $30 one way to get to downtown Buffalo (Key Bank Centre). The property is very clean. I would stay here again."
