"The room was very clean. My flight got in Porto at 7 am and they were able store my luggage and give me a map of the city to go explore before my check-in time. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location was great, I had the single room with Balcony that had a nice view of the river. I walked to and from the centre a couple times a day, even all the way to Gaia which was only a 30 min walk. I saw other reviews so I can prepared with earplugs, so noise was not an issue for me. "Complicated self check-in with several security codes. No one on site to assist. Local phone number not helpful for international travelers. Worst is the smell of the rooms... musty, basement rooms... left window open, blew fan AC all night which made it slightly better. Would NOT recommend. "
