"En la habitacion las patas de las camas estan salidas hacia afuera y mi esposo se pegó y se rompió el dedo del pie, Tuvimos que ir al hospital con la emergencia y el Manager del hotel solo nos dió la direccion del hospital. No nos ofreció ningún apoyo de ningun tipo, ni económico, nigun seguro de accidente médico, ningun servicio de emergencia, ningún reembolso por la habitación, nada. Teníamos dos habitaciones rentadas para ese fin de semana.
Muy mal servicio en ese aspecto."

"Parking was easy and secure.
We had a lovely welcome from the member of staff at reception then spoke to Caitlin and Oliver before entering our room. So friendly, an asset to the inn.
Breakfast wasn't provided but we had a lovely breakfast at Waves. A small café 10mins away.
Lots of places to eat and drink within 5 to 10 minutes."

"We were situated in "Sunset C" cabin.
It needs an overhaul!!
My husband was very upset .....bathroom was tiny!! No mat in the slippery tub; my husband slipped and fell out onto the floor. ( after requesting a mat, a female assistant brought one).
The entrance door frame around entrance door was NOT fitted to the door.... gap of 1/4" at least with light shining thru the space.
More than 2 switches/outlets did NOT WORK in Sunset C.
I believe the newer buildings are probably very nice!! But...

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly, room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the a/c worked well. I got some food from the mini marrt in the lobby and boy howdy was it expensive! $10 for a cup of noodles, easy Mac and 20 oz pepsi, convenience has its price, apparently! Overall it's a nice place in a nice part of town,would recommend but bring your own food."
